Quality & Regulatory Affairs Manager

About the role

The Quality & Regulatory Affairs Manager will oversee product safety and quality from development through to marketing. This role involves ensuring regulatory compliance for food products, supplements, and sports nutrition while managing quality documentation and processes. You will act as a key contact for suppliers, authorities, and internal teams to maintain high standards across the company's health and wellbeing brands.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain quality-relevant documentation and optimize quality management processes.
• Create and review product labels in accordance with food law requirements.
• Evaluate products and advertising materials regarding regulatory standards and health claims.
• Prepare and conduct annual audits, including organic certifications and supplier audits.
• Manage complaints and inquiries from customers and authorities.
• Support the customer care team with technical expertise regarding customer communication.
