About the role

The IT System Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining the entire IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, clients, and virtualized systems. This role involves continuous development of the system environment, user and permission management, and providing technical support to users. The position ensures a stable and secure IT operation through proactive monitoring, backup, and patch management.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, networks, clients, and virtualized systems.
• Manage Windows Server, Exchange, and other central applications.
• Perform user and permission management and provide user support for hardware and software issues.
• Ensure stable and secure operations through backup, patch management, and monitoring.
• Maintain technical documentation and collaborate with external IT service providers.

Qualifications
