Field Engineer

About the role

The Field Engineer will perform mechanical assembly tasks and provide leadership for small to medium-sized assembly teams. This role acts as a key link between customers, suppliers, and internal project management to ensure timely and professional installation of mechanical systems. The position requires significant travel for on-site assembly work and involves conducting validation tests to ensure quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical assembly tasks and lead small to medium-sized assembly teams.
• Manage on-site assembly projects to ensure they are completed on time and to technical specifications.
• Act as a primary point of contact between customers, suppliers, and internal project management.
• Conduct acceptance validations of mechanical system components for quality and hazard control.
• Travel to domestic and international client sites for assembly operations, with travel requirements up to 60%.

Qualifications
