The Aircraft Fuel System Mechanic focuses on the assembly, integration, and sealing of aircraft fuel systems within the final assembly line environment. This role involves transforming individual components into fully integrated, flight-ready fuel networks while adhering to strict aerospace manufacturing and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Install and route complex aircraft fuel lines, pressure valves, probes, sensors, and pumps.
- Perform tank sealing within the final assembly line environment.
- Apply specialized aerospace sealants to ensure absolute leak-proof integrity.
- Execute precision mechanical work inside confined wing, center-wing box, and additional center tank structures.
- Adhere to aerospace manufacturing processes, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Document all production steps accurately.
