Field Engineer

About the role

The Field Engineer will perform mechanical assembly tasks and provide leadership to small and medium-sized assembly teams. This role acts as a key link between customers, suppliers, and internal project management to ensure precise communication and successful project delivery. The position requires significant travel for assembly assignments both domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical assembly tasks and provide technical and personnel leadership for assembly teams.
• Manage assembly projects at customer sites to ensure they are completed on time and to specification.
• Act as a liaison between customers, suppliers, and internal project management.
• Conduct acceptance validations of mechanical system components for quality and hazard control.
• Coordinate, organize, and monitor assembly operations to ensure project success.
