About the role

The Haustechniker will be responsible for the holistic maintenance and operation of technical building systems. This role ensures the smooth functioning of facilities through regular inspections, maintenance, and independent troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Betreuung technischer Anlagen und Gebäude ganzheitlich
• Durchführung von Inspektionen, Wartungen und Instandsetzungsarbeiten
• Überwachung der Funktionsfähigkeit gebäudetechnischer Anlagen
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Sicherheitsvorschriften und Qualitätsstandards
• Koordination technischer Dienstleistungen und Objektbetreuung

Qualifications

• Valid Class B driver's license
