Technical Product Owner | Integrations

About the role

Superchat is seeking a Technical Product Owner to lead the Integrations team, focusing on the systems that enable AI agents to perform real-world actions. You will own the public API, webhooks, and CRM integrations, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and user-friendly. This role requires a strong technical background to collaborate effectively with engineers on API design and architecture while driving product strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end strategy, specification, and launch of integrations, public APIs, and webhooks.
• Build tools that enable AI agents to interact with CRMs, appointment systems, and custom workflows.
• Collaborate with a team of 4 to 6 engineers to define and achieve product metrics.
• Treat the public API and webhooks as a product by improving developer experience and documentation.
• Ensure high-quality product releases through final testing and validation.
• Drive product positioning and launch awareness in the absence of a dedicated product marketing team.
