Senior Analytics Engineer

About the role

As a Senior Analytics Engineer for Operations, you will own the end-to-end data models, metrics, and reporting for operational domains including treasury, payments, and onboarding. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying process inefficiencies and implementing tools to automate manual workflows rather than simply reporting on them. You will act as a primary data partner to stakeholders, ensuring data integrity and influencing product and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own the Operations data model including reconciliation, treasury, payments, lifecycle, and onboarding.
• Partner with Operations stakeholders to address day-to-day data needs and promote self-service reporting.
• Analyze end-to-end processes to identify manual or fragile workflows and propose technical solutions.
• Define and maintain key metrics for reconciliation accuracy, treasury positions, and payment success rates.
• Participate in data quality and governance practices within the domain.
• Proactively suggest and implement process and product improvements based on operational insights.
