Senior Analytics Engineer

About the role

As a Senior Analytics Engineer for Operations, you will own the end-to-end data models, metrics, and reporting for operational domains including reconciliation, treasury, and payments. You will partner with stakeholders to identify process inefficiencies and implement automated solutions rather than just reporting on data. This role requires a proactive approach to data governance and a focus on building trustworthy, documented data products.

Responsibilities

• Own the Operations data model including reconciliation, treasury, payments, lifecycle, and onboarding.
• Partner with Operations stakeholders to address day-to-day data needs and promote self-service reporting.
• Analyze operational processes to identify manual effort and implement tool-based solutions.
• Define and maintain key metrics for reconciliation accuracy, treasury positions, and payment success rates.
• Participate in data quality and governance practices within the domain.
