Senior Software Engineer - Data Search

About the role

Modash is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the Data Search team and improve how brands discover creators across 400M+ profiles and billions of media files. You will own the full retrieval system, from data pipelines and embeddings to ranking and low-latency serving, while solving complex search problems. This role involves working across the full product lifecycle to turn ambiguous requirements into reliable production systems.

Responsibilities

• Improve creator search retrieval, filtering, ranking, and relevance
• Build systems to generate and utilize multimodal embeddings at scale
• Ship new search capabilities into production by evaluating models and technologies
• Own the system end-to-end from architecture design to implementation and measurement
