Investment Associate

About the role

The Investment Associate will join the Hexa Scale team to participate in the complete deal-flow cycle, aiming to execute 2 to 3 successful deals per year. The role involves managing inbound and outbound deal flow, conducting deep-dive market research, performing detailed deal analysis and execution, and supporting portfolio value creation. You will work closely with the team to identify, invest in, and drive the growth of early-stage software companies.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to inbound marketing initiatives and screen inbound leads.
• Build and maintain an AI-powered sourcing stack and manage outreach sequences.
• Perform deep-dive market research on prioritized sectors and engage with market experts.
• Analyze potential targets, including business models, products, and financial plans.
• Write investment memos and present findings to the investment committee.
• Monitor portfolio KPIs and support founders on ad-hoc value-creation projects.
