About the role

Expectleads GmbH is seeking a Junior Project Manager to join their team at the intersection of agency work and management consulting. The role involves managing personal marketing projects, including social media campaigns, employer branding, and career page development for clients in the DACH region. You will work on real projects, learn from an experienced team, and grow into a project and consulting professional.

Responsibilities

• Mitarbeit und eigenständige Übernahme von Personalmarketingprojekten
• Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung von Projekten vom Pre-Onboarding bis zum Launch
• Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Kick-offs und Kampagnen-Set-ups
• Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen
• Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und Dienstleistungen
• Kennzahlen-Tracking und Reporting
• Technische Anbindungen zwischen Social-Media-Plattformen und Tools
• Unterstützung bei Videodrehs und Content-Produktionen
