Ai & Process Automation Lead

About the role

OMR is looking for a strategic leader to bridge the gap between technological innovation and our employees. You will drive the company's AI adaptation, identify opportunities for process automation, and ensure that AI tools are implemented effectively and responsibly. This role involves acting as a central advisor to all departments to foster an AI-first culture while maintaining a human-centric approach.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing business processes to identify and evaluate AI-driven value opportunities.
• Evaluate and implement the latest AI tools and LLMs across the organization.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to drive the strategic transformation toward an AI-first company.
• Act as a central advisor to all departments to identify tailored AI potentials.
• Build scalable automation workflows and integrate internal systems.
• Design interactive training and workshops to empower colleagues in the use of AI tools.
• Establish guidelines and best practices for the responsible use of artificial intelligence.
