Senior Product Designer

About the role

Skalar is building a digital tax consultancy that leverages AI to automate repetitive tasks and simplify complex processes. As a Senior Product Designer, you will design end-to-end customer journeys and internal tools that enable seamless collaboration between clients, the tax team, and AI systems. You will work directly with founders, engineering, and product management to shape the future of tax advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end service blueprints and customer journeys from onboarding to tax filing
• Define interfaces for human-in-the-loop AI workflows to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Translate complex tax information into intuitive user experiences for clients
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions
• Build and maintain the design system including components, patterns, and tonality
• Collaborate with engineering through to release and measure design impact via metrics
