About the role
You will help build Neko’s clinical organisation in Germany from the ground up and lead the people strategy as it scales. This role involves defining clinical roles, workforce planning, and the employee experience before the first clinic opens, and subsequently partnering with leaders to ensure teams perform and develop. You will act as a key partner to clinical leadership, ensuring that the people agenda supports both the business growth and the frontline member experience.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the German employment framework is set up with legal and internal teams including contracts, pay structures, and policies.
- Design the clinic organisation and staffing model from a blank sheet.
- Build a German clinical employer proposition and a reusable playbook for future markets.
- Partner with German clinical leadership to coach on hiring, performance, and leadership development.
- Monitor clinic operations to identify and address team strain, inconsistency, or risk.
- Drive the global People Partner team’s clinical strategy and support wider European market growth.
