Value Strategist

About the role

ElevenLabs is seeking a Value Strategist to help customers identify, quantify, and realize the business value of our AI portfolio, with a primary focus on ElevenAgents. This senior individual contributor role spans the full customer lifecycle, requiring you to build frameworks, benchmarks, and financial models that enable our teams to articulate value consistently. You will act as a builder and doer, engaging with senior stakeholders to turn ambiguous business problems into clear, actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Revenue teams and prospects early in the sales cycle to identify high-value opportunities and establish business cases.
• Develop global value strategy frameworks, benchmarks, calculators, and playbooks for use across industries.
• Build rigorous financial and operational models to translate AI use cases into measurable outcomes.
• Establish success metrics and measurement approaches for proofs of concept and deployments.
• Partner with customers and internal teams post-deployment to measure value realization and identify expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with Deployment Strategists on strategic accounts to contribute methodology and capture reusable assets.
• Communicate complex analysis simply and credibly to senior internal and external stakeholders.
