Product Designer

About the role

Healthtech 1 is seeking a mid-level Product Designer to own the design of the Bookable Navigator Inbox, a critical tool used by GP practice teams to manage patient requests. You will work directly with the CEO to improve user experience, conduct research, and collaborate closely with engineering to ship high-quality product features. This role is ideal for a designer looking to accelerate their career within a fast-paced, mission-driven startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user interviews and observe practice staff to understand workflow challenges
• Research and scope product tickets to ensure effective development
• Analyze product metrics to identify friction points and inform design decisions
• Create high-fidelity designs from initial concepts through to implementation
• Collaborate with engineers throughout the product development lifecycle
• Utilize AI tools to accelerate research and prototyping processes
