Senior Accountant

About the role

The Senior Accountant will manage complex accounting and financial reporting tasks within the Arsipa Group. This role involves ensuring the quality of accounting processes, preparing financial statements, and collaborating with auditors and tax advisors to optimize finance structures. The position offers the opportunity to contribute to the standardization and automation of accounting processes in a rapidly growing company.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex accounting, financial reporting, and balance sheet topics according to HGB.
• Independently prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Act as a primary contact for auditors, tax advisors, and internal stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance and support to less experienced team members.
• Analyze existing accounting processes to identify and implement optimization and automation opportunities.
