About the role

The Audi Business Innovation GmbH is looking for a student to support their team at the intersection of digital products, corporate brands, and internal departments. You will analyze and model processes, develop concepts for modern knowledge management, and explore the use of AI in service management and process automation. This role offers insights into project management and digital product development within an agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing processes and identify improvement potential
• Model and visualize process landscapes to ensure transparency for stakeholders
• Develop concepts for modern knowledge management and prepare content for AI-supported systems
• Investigate automation potential for service and support processes in Jira Service Management
• Evaluate AI use cases in knowledge management and process automation
• Facilitate agile events and promote team collaboration
• Conduct analyses and surveys to develop KPI dashboards and actionable recommendations
