Solutions Architect

About the role

Apaleo is seeking a technical expert to serve as the primary technical voice for strategic customers as the company expands its AI agent platform. You will lead technical discovery, scope solutions, and build proofs of concept to demonstrate the value of the Apaleo platform. This role requires a balance of hands-on technical delivery, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate field insights into product improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and solution scoping for strategic accounts.
• Build and deliver fast, working proofs of concept in safe test environments.
• Design and build agents and automations using n8n, Make, and Apaleo's AI platform.
• Perform hands-on delivery of short-term solutions to unblock deals or remove adoption risks.
• Conduct post-sale health checks and scope integrations for expanding customers.
• Create reusable reference architectures, patterns, and templates.
• Provide product feedback based on field evidence and prototype testing.
