Solutions Architect

About the role

Apaleo is seeking a technical expert to serve as the primary technical voice for strategic customers during a period of AI-driven transformation in the hospitality industry. You will lead technical discovery, scope solutions, and build proofs of concept to demonstrate the value of the Apaleo platform. This role requires a balance of hands-on technical execution, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate field insights into product improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and solution scoping for strategic accounts
• Build and deliver fast, working proofs of concept in a safe test environment
• Design and build AI agents and automations using tools like n8n or Make
• Provide hands-on delivery of short-term solutions to unblock deals or fill product gaps
• Conduct post-sale health checks and scope integrations for expanding customers
• Create reusable reference architectures, patterns, and templates
• Provide actionable product feedback based on field evidence and prototypes
