Maintenance Manager

About the role

As a Maintenance Manager, you will be a key member of our operations team, ensuring that our apartments in Mannheim and the surrounding area maintain a high-quality standard for our guests. You will be responsible for performing repairs, conducting regular property inspections, and coordinating with external service providers to ensure seamless operations. This role requires a hands-on approach to technical troubleshooting and maintenance across various disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Durchführung von Reparaturen und Instandhaltungsarbeiten in unseren Apartments (Sanitär, Elektro, Möbel, Innenausbau).
• Analyse und Behebung technischer Störungen.
• Regelmäßige Objektkontrollen zur Sicherstellung unseres Qualitätsstandards.
• Koordination und Qualitätskontrolle externer Handwerks- und Wartungsfirmen.
• Unterstützung bei Möblierungen, Umzügen und Inbetriebnahmen neuer Einheiten.
• Bearbeitung und Priorisierung technischer Tickets in enger Abstimmung mit Operations & Guest Relations.
