Full Stack Engineer

About the role

GlassDollar is looking for an engineer to help build the operating system for venture clienting, which helps large organizations discover and adopt startup technology. You will take ambiguous problems, shape them with the product team, make technical decisions, and ship solutions that integrate into enterprise workflows. The role requires strong technical judgment, a focus on product impact, and the ability to work across the entire stack.

Responsibilities

• Build enterprise integrations for customer systems, data, and identity providers.
• Design and support public REST APIs and MCP servers for customers and AI agents.
• Implement AI-driven features including embeddings, vector search, and LLMs within workflows.
• Develop workflow automation tools to streamline information movement between systems.
• Perform core product engineering tasks including React interface development, API design, and PostgreSQL query optimization.
