Senior Full Stack Developer

About the role

Accurids GmbH is building a data backbone for life-science innovation to standardize critical enterprise data. As a key member of the product development team, you will own features end-to-end, leveraging AI-native workflows to build responsive interfaces and robust backend systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams while receiving mentorship from the CTO.

Responsibilities

• Own user-facing features end-to-end from business logic to responsive interfaces.
• Lead AI-native engineering practices to accelerate scaffolding, refactoring, and testing.
• Drive the evolution toward a multi-module Spring Modulith architecture.
• Optimize complex PostgreSQL and Elasticsearch queries and work with RDF semantic data structures.
• Maintain rigorous test coverage and conduct merge request reviews.
• Mentor junior engineers and elevate team engineering standards.
