About the role
The Associate Director of Paid Strategy will own the strategy, planning, and operating backbone of the Global Paid Marketing organization. This individual contributor role focuses on setting budget planning cycles, managing business reviews, and driving cross-channel programs to ensure the paid portfolio aligns with company growth targets. You will partner with leadership across Finance, Analytics, and StratOps to translate high-level agendas into actionable operational plans.
Responsibilities
- Own the planning cycle for the global paid portfolio including annual business plans and monthly re-forecasts.
- Design and run the operating cadence of the paid organization, including business reviews and leadership meetings.
- Lead high-priority cross-channel initiatives such as measurement, incrementality, and AI adoption.
- Turn performance data across channels into a consistent narrative for senior leadership.
- Support organizational design, headcount planning, and capacity management for the team.
- Automate recurring reporting and business-review preparation using AI tools.
