About the role

The Design Manager will translate creative briefs into sustainable retail campaigns within the luxury sector. This role involves technical implementation, production process definition, and close collaboration with prototyping and production teams to ensure high aesthetic standards.

Responsibilities

• Translate creative briefs into sustainable retail campaigns
• Define production processes and assist with material selection
• Create technical drawings and production documentation while adhering to budget and time constraints
• Manage quality gates in production and set-up
• Deliver client presentations for prototyping, visual merchandising, and pre-assembly
• Conduct site visits and support window display installations
