Engineering Manager

About the role

As an Engineering Manager at Cosuno, you will lead a team of full-stack and AI/ML engineers while remaining deeply hands-on with coding and architecture. You will balance people management, such as coaching and hiring, with active development and technical leadership to ensure high-quality product delivery. This role is designed for a player-coach who is passionate about both software craftsmanship and team growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of full-stack and AI/ML engineers through coaching, growth planning, and hiring.
• Own the delivery and technical quality of the team's roadmap in collaboration with Product Management.
• Contribute hands-on to the TypeScript stack, including feature design and code reviews.
• Raise the team's technical bar by driving best practices and AI-assisted engineering workflows.
• Partner with engineering leadership on team topology, processes, and platform direction.
