Engineering Manager

About the role

As an Engineering Manager at Cosuno, you will lead a team of full stack engineers while remaining deeply hands-on with 60-80% of your time spent coding and shaping architecture. You will be responsible for coaching your team, managing growth plans, and ensuring the delivery and technical quality of the product roadmap. This role requires a player-coach who can balance people leadership with active contributions to the TypeScript stack.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of full stack and AI/ML engineers through coaching, 1:1s, and hiring.
• Own the delivery and technical quality of the team's roadmap in collaboration with Product Management.
• Contribute hands-on to the TypeScript stack, including feature design and code reviews.
• Raise the team's technical bar by driving best practices and AI-assisted engineering workflows.
• Partner with engineering leadership on team topology, processes, and platform direction.
