Professional Learning Facilitator

About the role

MagicSchool is seeking experienced educators to facilitate engaging professional learning experiences that help schools and districts integrate AI thoughtfully and effectively. Facilitators will deliver live virtual and in-person sessions that support educators in understanding MagicSchool tools, best practices, and instructional applications. This is a seasonal contract role with flexible hours based on demand.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-designed MagicSchool PD sessions with fidelity
• Implement light customization using approved content and facilitation guides
• Represent MagicSchool as a trusted thought partner and facilitator
• Support instructional material updates and feedback collection
• Complete required logistics including pre/post-session reminders and feedback processes
• Participate in required contractor meetings and calibration sessions

Qualifications

• Current or former classroom educator or equivalent education experience
