About the role

The Clinical Training and Education Lead will shape the learning experience for clinical teams at Montu. This role involves designing and delivering development programmes, competency frameworks, and onboarding processes to ensure high standards of patient-centred care. You will work closely with clinical subject-matter experts and operational leaders to translate complex requirements into practical learning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own the learning and development plan for clinical teams to support business priorities and workforce capability.
• Design and deliver structured onboarding, induction, and ongoing development programmes.
• Create engaging workshops, digital learning, and practical resources for clinical audiences.
• Develop clear competency frameworks and assessment approaches in partnership with subject-matter experts.
• Translate clinical policies, pathways, and regulatory requirements into clear learning materials.
• Establish measures of success for learning programmes and evaluate their impact on performance and service quality.
