About the role

As a student trainee in retail operations, you will support the management of 5-6 stores and work closely with store managers and the central office. You will gain practical experience in economic store management, team coordination, and operational problem-solving. The role is designed to prepare you for a potential future position as an Area Manager.

Responsibilities

• Support the management of 5-6 stores to ensure processes and standards are maintained.
• Analyze sales, inventory, and reporting data to derive actionable insights.
• Act as a point of contact for store teams and coordinate with central departments.
• Organize store-related tasks and maintain structured documentation.
• Observe and participate in leadership discussions with store managers and team leads.
• Manage independent projects such as new store openings as experience grows.
