Senior HR Specialist

About the role

The Senior HR Specialist will work closely with the Head of HR to manage operational and project-based HR tasks. This role involves supporting employees and managers throughout the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit, while driving the development of HR processes and digital systems.

Responsibilities

• Support employees and managers throughout the entire employee lifecycle
• Prepare employment contracts, contract amendments, references, and other personnel documents
• Coordinate the interface with payroll accounting
• Assist managers with labor law, organizational, and personnel-related issues
• Organize and further develop training, feedback, and employee assessment processes
• Manage independent HR projects in areas such as benefits, personnel development, employer branding, or HR processes
• Maintain and optimize HR systems, specifically Personio and elearnio

Qualifications
