Tidal is seeking a Principal Product Designer to set the vision and quality bar across its product and brand ecosystem. You will work on a nimble team at the intersection of music, technology, and culture, driving complex projects from concept to ship while influencing strategy. This role involves shaping the future of how artists build careers and elevating the design craft of the entire team.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive long-term product vision and design strategy across Tidal's key product areas
• Lead the most complex, ambiguous design initiatives end-to-end from early exploration through shipped experiences
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and ML/AI leadership to shape roadmaps and influence business strategy
• Set the bar for design excellence by defining systems, standards, and quality benchmarks at scale
• Pioneer AI-driven design approaches that expand team capabilities and accelerate velocity
• Mentor designers through feedback, critique, and knowledge sharing
• Identify new opportunities for the business and act on them
