Responsibilities

• Execute marketing tasks and campaigns in daily operations.
• Manage and track incoming tasks and client inquiries via ticketing systems.
• Maintain rapid client communication with short response times.
• Coordinate internal teams including graphics and copywriting.
• Create briefings and manage project timelines using project management tools.
• Oversee quality assurance and manage correction loops until final approval.
