About the role

The Senior Consultant will guide clients through digital transformation projects within the social security sector. This role involves analyzing business processes, developing digital solutions for administrative tasks, and managing projects from initial strategy to successful implementation. The consultant acts as a key liaison between clients, partners, and internal development teams to ensure project goals are met.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing processes to identify optimization and harmonization potential
• Develop practical concepts based on regulatory and organizational requirements
• Coordinate project tasks between clients, partners, and internal teams
• Manage digitalization and modernization projects including planning and monitoring
• Facilitate and document workshops, expert discussions, and stakeholder meetings
• Represent technical topics in committees and working groups
