M&A Manager

About the role

Onepage GmbH is building a new M&A function to expand its portfolio of software brands. As the first dedicated M&A Manager, you will work directly with the CEO and finance team to identify targets, manage the deal pipeline, and lead transactions from initial contact to closing. This role offers the opportunity to shape the company's growth strategy and build internal M&A processes from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential acquisition targets based on strategic criteria.
• Build and maintain a structured deal pipeline through direct outreach, brokers, and networks.
• Engage with owners and management of target companies to establish relationships.
• Perform company valuations and develop business cases for potential transactions.
• Support commercial, legal, and tax due diligence processes in coordination with external advisors.
• Prepare and assist in the negotiation of term sheets, LOIs, and purchase agreements.
• Develop and implement a post-merger integration playbook for future acquisitions.
