Senior Projektcontroller

About the role

The Senior Projektcontroller acts as the bridge between finance and program management, ensuring project profitability from the bidding phase through to completion. You will be responsible for financial planning, project controlling, and the implementation of NetSuite Projects to support management decision-making. This role involves managing complex project portfolios, including CapEx projects and publicly funded programs, while reporting directly to the Director of Finance.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage NetSuite Projects, including project structures, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Calculate project bids in collaboration with sales and project management, assessing margins and risks.
• Manage the financial lifecycle of customer projects, including budget monitoring, cash flow, and EAC estimates.
• Oversee financial planning for CapEx projects, including satellite construction and infrastructure development.
• Conduct monthly variance analyses and provide early warnings for financial risks or project delays.
• Manage financial reporting and compliance for publicly funded projects, including grant documentation and audits.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes with project data and revenue recognition.
