Senior Projektcontroller

About the role

The Senior Projektcontroller acts as the bridge between finance and program management, ensuring project profitability from the bidding phase through to completion. You will be responsible for financial planning, project controlling, and the implementation of NetSuite Projects to support the company's growing satellite constellation. This role involves close collaboration with engineering, sales, and accounting teams to provide actionable financial insights and forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage NetSuite Projects, including project structures, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Calculate project bids in collaboration with sales and project management, assessing margins and risks.
• Manage the financial lifecycle of customer projects, including budget monitoring, cash flow, and EAC analysis.
• Oversee financial planning for CapEx projects such as satellite construction and infrastructure development.
• Conduct monthly plan-actual comparisons and provide early warnings for financial deviations.
• Manage financial reporting and compliance for grant-funded projects, including audits and documentation.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes with project data and revenue recognition.
