About the role

As a payroll accountant, you will be responsible for preparing monthly payrolls for clients and serving as their primary contact for wage and tax-related inquiries. You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve challenges and contribute to the digitalization and optimization of payroll processes. This role offers the opportunity to take on responsibility and grow within a dedicated team.

Responsibilities

• Erstellung von Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungen
• Ansprechpartner für Mandanten bei lohnsteuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Fragen
• Kommunikation mit Finanzämtern, Krankenkassen und Behörden
• Pflege und Verwaltung von Personal- und Gehaltsdaten
• Mitwirkung bei der Digitalisierung und Optimierung von Lohnprozessen
