Sales Concierge

About the role

Atomic is seeking a motivated and charismatic sales representative to join Intellica, an e-commerce AI company. You will engage and close retail sales leads through conversational sales, helping brands recover lost revenue and build customer relationships. This role involves a mix of sales, support, and customer care, requiring excellent judgment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage customer leads through conversations that build brand and drive purchases
• Navigate a blend of sales, support, and general customer care
• Proactively raise issues, flag edge cases, and surface process gaps to help improve internal workflows
• Identify gaps in internal processes and help implement improvements
• Maintain internal documentation alongside teammates
• Collaborate with the product team to address improvement opportunities within the platform
• Continue to raise the bar on sales, conversation conversions, and speed of execution
• Adopt new technologies quickly and become proficient in executing with them

Qualifications
