Sales Concierge

About the role

Atomic is seeking a motivated and charismatic sales representative to join Intellica, a sales concierge platform for DTC brands. You will engage and close retail sales leads through conversational messaging, balancing sales, support, and customer care to drive revenue and recover abandoned carts. This role offers the opportunity to join an early-stage team and grow alongside the company as it scales.

Responsibilities

• Engage customer leads through conversations that build brand and drive purchases
• Navigate a blend of sales, support, and general customer care by reading each situation and responding with the right tone
• Proactively raise issues, flag edge cases, and surface process gaps to help improve internal workflows
• Maintain internal documentation to ensure information shared across teams is accurate and up to date
• Collaborate with the product team to address improvement opportunities within the platform
• Adopt new technologies quickly and become proficient in executing with them

Qualifications
