About the role
The Graphic/Visual Designer will own the design output of the tonies Accessories portfolio, managing CMF direction, 2D asset creation, and product renders. This role involves guiding products from initial ideation through to golden sample approval within a structured product development process. You will ensure visual coherence across the accessories range while maintaining brand integrity and managing licensor approval submissions.
Responsibilities
- Direct CMF for all accessories categories including headphones, nightlights, bags, and decoration.
- Build design briefs for ODM/OEM manufacturing partners and manage the construction sample process.
- Lead first sample and golden sample approvals against brand and CMF standards.
- Manage Top of Production sample reviews and sign-off.
- Own the end-to-end licensor design submission process for all IP partnerships.
- Maintain and own the Accessories Style Guides to ensure visual coherence across all SKUs.
- Present design routes to Senior Product Managers and collaborate with operations on sample logistics.

Qualifications
- 5–7 years of product design, graphic/visual design or packaging design experience in consumer goods, accessories, lifestyle, or licensed products
