Solutions Architect

About the role

Apaleo is seeking a Solutions Architect to serve as the technical voice for strategic customers during a period of AI-driven transformation in the hospitality industry. You will lead technical discovery, design custom solutions, and build proofs of concept to help operators integrate Apaleo's platform and AI agents. This role requires a balance of hands-on technical delivery, stakeholder management, and the ability to turn field insights into reusable product assets.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and solution scoping for strategic accounts.
• Build and deliver fast, working proofs of concept in safe test environments.
• Design and build agents and automations using tools like n8n or Make.
• Provide hands-on delivery and short-term solutions to unblock deals or fill product gaps.
• Conduct post-sale health checks and scope integrations for expanding customers.
• Create reusable reference architectures, patterns, and templates.
• Provide technical feedback to the Product team based on field evidence.
