About the role

Join our freight forwarding team in Hamburg to support daily logistics activities. You will ensure shipment data is accurate and up to date while assisting the team with various operational and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update shipment data in internal systems and Excel
• Organize and manage logistics-related data and documents
• Support the team with daily freight forwarding activities
• Verify data for completeness and accuracy
• Assist in keeping processes and documentation current
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations
