About the role

The agency is seeking a Teamlead to manage their digital team, oversee client strategy, and drive the development of social media campaigns. This role involves both strategic leadership and hands-on project management in an agile, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Fachliche und organisatorische Führung unseres Digital-Teams inklusive Ressourcenplanung und Mitarbeiterentwicklung
• Strategische Beratung unserer Kunden sowie Entwicklung von Social-Media-Strategien, Content-Konzepten und Kampagnen
• Konzeption und Steuerung von organischen und bezahlten Social-Media-Kampagnen
• Steuerung unserer Social-Media-Projekte und digitalen Etats mit Verantwortung für Qualität, Timings und Budgets
• Aktive Mitarbeit bei wichtigen Projekten, Präsentationen und Pitches
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Content, Performance Marketing, Kreation und Geschäftsführung
• Weiterentwicklung unserer Prozesse, Leistungen und Qualitätsstandards im Digital-Bereich
• Plattformen, Trends und neue Formate im Blick behalten und in gute Ideen für unsere Kunden übersetzen

Qualifications
