Deployment Lead - Accounting Solutions

About the role

Rillet is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Deployment Lead to manage the successful onboarding of new customers onto our Agentic ERP platform. This role involves partnering with internal teams to translate client accounting workflows into practical solutions while guiding customers through implementation, training, and change management. The ideal candidate will combine a strong accounting foundation with excellent project management skills to ensure smooth and timely customer launches.

Responsibilities

• Lead key parts of customer onboarding and deployment to ensure a smooth and timely implementation experience
• Partner with internal teams across Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to execute implementation plans and solve customer problems
• Analyze client accounting and finance workflows to translate needs into clear requirements and practical solutions
• Guide customers through onboarding, training, change management, and adoption
• Support data migration, reconciliations, systems setup, and integration coordination
• Track milestones and keep internal and external stakeholders aligned throughout the onboarding process
• Identify risks, escalate issues, and maintain clear documentation and status updates
