Responsibilities

• Schedule client appointments via phone, network, and leads to build a pipeline.
• Learn and apply consultation guidelines, needs assessment, and documentation standards.
• Work with KPIs to systematically improve performance and results.
• Assist in analyzing client situations and preparing consultation documents.
• Accompany client meetings, manage follow-ups, and ensure clear next steps.
• Maintain clean processes and documentation to ensure reliability.
