About the role

The FP Produktions- und Vertriebs-GmbH is seeking a quality control specialist to join their team in Netphen. The role involves conducting quality inspections and laboratory tests on sandwich elements to ensure production standards are met. You will be responsible for monitoring product quality, documenting results, and supporting the development of new construction solutions.

Responsibilities

• Durchführung von Qualitätsprüfungen und Laboruntersuchungen an Sandwichelementen
• Überwachung und Sicherstellung der Produktqualität während der laufenden Produktion
• Durchführung von Wareneingangs-, Prozess- und Endkontrollen
• Technologische Prüfungen der Bauprodukte sowie Unterstützung bei Produkt- und Entwicklungsversuchen
• Probenentnahme, Herstellung und Vorbereitung von Prüfkörpern für Laborprüfungen
• Auswertung, Dokumentation und Bewertung der Prüfergebnisse
• Kontrolle der Elementqualität nach Produktwechseln inkl. Einleitung von Korrekturmaßnahmen
• Unterstützung bei Reklamationsanalysen sowie Mitwirkung bei Ursachenforschung
