Product Engineer, Internal Tools

About the role

Luxury Presence is seeking a highly autonomous Staff or Senior level Product Engineer to lead the development and scaling of internal tools. This role involves partnering with internal teams to identify operational bottlenecks and building high-leverage solutions using AI-native development workflows. You will own the internal tool ecosystem, architecting full-stack solutions that integrate with core data systems to improve organizational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal product development by partnering with Customer Success, Sales, Onboarding, and Engineering teams.
• Architect and scale the internal platform across the full stack.
• Integrate AI natively into daily workflows to write, review, and ship production code.
• Take ownership of open-ended business challenges, acting as both product manager and lead engineer.
