Senior Consultant (Commerce)

About the role

VML is seeking a Senior Consultant to join its Business Services team to help enterprise clients navigate the rapidly changing commerce landscape. You will own projects end-to-end, translate complex commercial challenges into actionable strategies, and lead client relationships. This role bridges the gap between strategic consulting and creative execution within a global agency network.

Responsibilities

• Own medium-scale projects end-to-end including scope, quality, delivery timeline, and client relationship.
• Lead the development of strategic recommendations across commerce transformation, AI discoverability, and channel optimisation.
• Design and lead workshops, stakeholder interviews, and co-creation sessions.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and contribute to proposals and pitch responses.
• Coach and develop junior team members and drive practice IP development.
